Vincent Alvarez, Information Technology Support Specialist

Prior to joining the Phoenix School of Law staff, Vincent Alvarez was an IT consultant and graphic artist in San Jose and Silicon Valley.


David Bachechi

David Bachechi, Assistant Director of Information Technology

Dave Bachechi was Phoenix School of Law's first information technology employee, bringing seven years of IT experience as a help desk specialist, database administrator, and computer support consultant.


Timothy Downing

Timothy Downing, Director of Academic Services & Registration

The Director of Academic Services oversees records, registration, assists the Associate Dean with academic processes, assists adjunct faculty, and assists students with academic questions.


Monique Dunlap

Monique Dunlap, Law Library Assistant (Public Services)

Monique Dunlap worked as a library assistant at Quarles & Brady Streich Lang in Phoenix, Arizona, before joining the staff of Phoenix School of Law in 2006.

Bianca joined Phoenix School of Law in 2004. Her administrative experience includes past employment with several Fortune 500 companies and operating her own business.

Edward M. McClure, Public Services Librarian

Ted McClure engaged in the private practice of law for 13 years and retired from the U.S. Army before joining the staff of PhoenixLaw in 2005.


BarbaraKaye Miller

BarbaraKaye Miller, Dean of Admissions

Dean Miller's legal background includes both the private and public sectors. She is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the Hayzel B. Daniels Bar Asssociation and the Los Abogados Bar Association.

Kristin is also a 2nd year student at PhoenixLaw and a Staff Editor on the Phoenix Law Review.

Before joining PhoenixLaw in 2006, Koviena Nelson received a B.A. in Legal Studies, a J.D., an LL.M. in Criminal Law, and an M.L.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Sarah Prosory is a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she volunteered in two academic libraries before joining the Phoenix Law staff in May of 2006.

Christy Ryan is the Assistant Director of the Information Resource Center of the Phoenix School of Law. Before joining Phoenix Law in 2007, she worked at the Texas Tech Law Library and the University of Tulsa.

Alicia Togno

Alicia Togno, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs

Alicia Nyce (Togno) received her B.A. in Italian from Rutgers College in 1993, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 1998. She also studied at the University of Florence in Florence, Italy, for the 1991-1992 academic year.
