educators and who have the backgrounds and willingness to serve as

Kim Demarchi, Adjunct Professor
A partner in Lewis and Roca’s Litigation Group, Adjunct Professor Demarchi represents public, private, and non-profit clients in civil appeals and in the litigation of complex matters.
Daniel J. Dye, Assistant Professor of Law
Daniel J. Dye teaches Lawyering Process I & II, and Torts II. He is an alumnus of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
Mitchell Fleischmann, Coordinator of Lawyering Process; Assistant Professor of Law
Mitchell Fleischmann is a double alumnus of the University of Arizona. He earned his undergraduate Bachelor Science degree cum laude with an emphasis in criminal justice.
Brigham Fordham, Assistant Professor
Assistant Professor Fordham graduated from the University of Utah magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in English and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Stephen A. Gerst, Associate Professor of Law
Judge Stephen Gerst was on the superior court for twenty-one years and has served in every major assignment including civil, criminal, juvenile, and domestic relations.

Professor Gomez has degrees from Yale Law School (LL.M. 1988), the University of New Mexico School of Law (J.D. 1985) and Adams State College (B.A. 1975; M.A. 1976).
Steven Gonzales, Associate Professor of Law
Steven teaches constitutional law, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), property, and federal Indian law.
Mary Dolores Guerra, Assistant Professor of Law
Mary Dolores is excited and honored to join the faculty of PhoenixLaw. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000.
Murray Henner, Adjunct Professor
Murray Henner will be teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the Phoenix School of Law in 2008. He will teach courses in the area of Wills & Trusts and Estate Planning.
